Ideal for large conferences, product launches and weddings, The York Suite boasts extensive space with air-conditioning and the very latest in technology - including amplification, electric screens and LCD projectors. The York Suite is our largest self contained function suite featuring its own private bar, dance floor, dedicated kitchens and separate private entrance. Situated on the ground floor, the York Suite is a combination of the Ballroom and Lincoln Room which combined can host events for up to 300 guests theatre style and dinners for 220. Alternatively the York can be partitioned between the Ballroom and Lincoln to provide a separate private area suitable for ceremonies or as a break out and activity area.

Situated on the ground floor, the Surrey Room is a delightful bright meeting room with high ceilings, tall windows, a plasma screen and plenty of natural daylight. Ideal for a small conference, it also acts as a spacious break out and meeting room

Meeting room / Private dining room

The Drawing Room is an elegant room with high decorative moulded ceilings, ornate pillars and magnificent bay windows. The Drawing Room also boasts a feature fireplace as part of its traditional and impressive décor. In addition the Drawing Room can be linked not only to the Garden Room, thus providing additional space and direct access onto the Lawn Terrace, but also to the Broadwater Restaurant. The Drawing Room is ideal for private dining, private receptions as well as a relaxed meeting room. It is also licensed for civil ceremonies.

The Garden Room, which can be used in conjunction with the Drawing Room or independently, has beautiful views over the hotel grounds and has sole access through French doors onto the picturesque Lawn Terrace. The Garden Room also benefits from a feature fireplace with backlit bookshelves and is ideal for private dining and champagne receptions as well as a relaxed meeting or break out room.

Meeting rooms at Oatlands Park Hotel, Weybridge

Perfect for meetings, presentations and conferences - this modern and stylish boardroom features generously proportioned mullioned windows, the latest in technology and a host of original features. There are six Syndicate Rooms situated on the first and second floors of the hotel. These can be used in conjunction with any of our six main meeting rooms or independently for a small meeting. Each room is of similar size and layout and all overlook the grounds to the front of the hotel.
