Our Head Chef
Dutch born and trained in his native Holland, Charles Noorland arrived in the UK, in 1988, and with his Michelin star back ground, started his first job in London with Albert Roux at Le Gavroche.
He then expanded his knowledge further in 5 star hotels in London, such as The Hilton Park Lane, Le Meridian Piccadilly, and opened the 5 star property SAS Radisson in Beijing, PRC, before returning to the UK, concentrating on large restaurants and opening the award winning restaurant Belgo Centraal in Covent Garden.
Returning to his roots by operating in various hotels outside London since September 2011, Charles was the Executive Chef at Marco Pierre White Wheelers of St James franchise restaurant at the Casa Hotel, Yateley in Hampshire before joining Oatlands Park in May 2014.
