Our head chef, Charles Noorland, has created menus that celebrate the best of British food. Using the finest local, organic ingredients wherever possible, Charles and his team lovingly prepare classic, seasonal dishes with a modern touch.

What’s in a name?
The Mulberry is a celebration of Oatlands Park’s royal heritage and magnificent grounds. Mulberry trees have royal associations dating back to the Tudor era. Oatlands Park boasts its very own beautiful mulberry tree – look out for it in the hotel grounds.
