WHAT'S INCLUDED
When you book a meeting or event for 20 guests or more, the lead event organiser receives a complimentary day delegate place, including:

  1. Complimentary Meeting Pass: Full main meeting room entry and delegate place for the lead organiser.
  2. Arrival & Break Refreshments: Tea, freshly brewed coffee, and morning/afternoon snacks.
  3. Buffet or Working Lunch: Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner during your stay (for 24 hour rate).
  4. Dedicated Event Planner: Direct support from our expert internal corporate events manager to coordinate room setups, AV equipment, and catering timelines.
  5. Overnight Accommodation: Complimentary overnight stay in one of our elegant guest bedrooms (for 24 hour rate).
  6. On-Site Amenities: Free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the venue and ample complimentary guest parking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Validity: Offer applies strictly to corporate meetings, conferences and corporate events held between 1st January 2027 and 31st December 2027.

Eligible Days: Valid for bookings taking place Monday through Friday only. Excludes weekend bookings (excludes Saturday and Sunday).

Minimum Attendance: A minimum paid threshold of 20 paying delegates per booking is required to qualify.

Organiser Allowance: One (1) complimentary lead organiser delegate place per qualifying booking. Additional event staff or co-organisers are charged at the standard delegate rate.

Redemption Limit: Valid for unlimited bookings made by the same lead organiser or company within the 12-month promotional period, provided each booking independently meets the minimum guest criteria.

Availability: Subject to promotional event room availability, accommodation availability and allocation at the time of booking.

Combinability: Cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, negotiated contracted corporate accounts, or third-party agent commissions unless explicitly agreed in writing by Oatlands Park Hotel management.

Standard Terms: Oatlands Park Hotel's standard event deposit, payment and cancellation policies apply to all bookings.
